Introducing the machine
The optimization machine is a fully automated machine in terms of preform handling and bottle.
Because from the time of feeding the preform into the tank (loader) until getting the bottle, all bottoms of the bottles and preforms move are under the positioning control of the servo system and the proximity sensors.
At the time of molding of the (pressure sensor), the defective bottles are automatically pulled out and after the bottling process by the control system (mani-pulpator) the bottle is inserted straight into the other lines.
The body of the machine is covered with iron sheets , which have been cut by laser and CNC bent , then stained with static paint and in some parts of the machine are contacted with the bottle is made of stainless steel. The molds are of aluminum alloy type and the locking system of the mold is Tagol and Servo.
The machine produces bottles of 28 to 38 and short-neck bottles without needing to replacements. The pieces have a volume of 100 cc to 2500 cc.
The machine has an international certificate of HACCP (Health and Safety Management System in Food Supply Chain). The machine is fully servo and all movements are controlled by the servo motor.
The parts of the pneumatic parts are German-made fosters and electronic components such as the Japanese Amuron, the German Sherak and the Carlo Gavazi of Italy. The internal mechanical components are made of stainless steel and all types of engines and gearboxes of high quality.
The output system is linear and Continuous, the stretch movement, gripper and Moni politer are servo.
