Used for the production of plastic bottles (PET) in packing line of bottles of mineral water, soft drinks, dough, milk, oil, pharmaceutical bottles, detergents ,cosmetics and etc.
Introducing the production
The machine is fully automatic and from the time of feeding the preform in Hooper all the steps are carried out automatically and after producing, the bottle from the outlet of the machine is placed on the conveyor belt and goes out.
The chassis is an industrial profile, coated with an electrostatic furnace powder and a body part of the machine is a non-dispersed industrial safety glass, and in some parts of the machine, which relates to the bottle is made of stainless steel.
The molds are made with aluminum alloy type, and the opening and closing systems and the movement of the molding system are done by SERVO MOTOR.
This system allows the movement of the molds do at a high speed and precision. The SERVO MOTOR system removes all the vibrations and movements of the pneumatic system and the molds move at a specific time and orderly.
The locking system of the mold is mechanically two-pin, in this way, the locking speed is increased and the mold seam is significantly reduced, and as a result, the depreciation is minimized in comparison to the blade samples.
The power valves and servo motors are automatically controlled from the monitor.
The machine is completely smart, and all faults are displayed on the monitor screen, and in most cases the system will fix the system and re-install the machine.
The stretch movement system is SERVO MOTOR.
The system has been minimized in the preform waste system, and the distribution of the material inside the bottle is uniform and integrated, which can greatly reduce the weight of the bottle produced.
The internal mechanical parts are made of stainless steel and steel, and all engines and gearboxes are high quality.
Electronic parts are made in Sherak of Germany, Amuron of Japan and Carlo Gavazzi of Italy, and all the pneumatic parts have been made in Festo of Germany. Machines are certified by CE Europe.
